Where is Pickens Corner LocAted?

Yes! Our townhomes that will be available in August 2025 are pet friendly. The community offers ample space for your pet and hardwood floors throughout each home, making it the perfect home for your furry friends! Take a walk around the community on a sunny day or adventure through the Three Rivers Greenway Park Greenway!

All units consist of 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with large bedrooms and common-space to insure everyone has the adequate space they need. At Pickens Corner, you can choose between having your very own private balcony or opting for a select end-unit location.
